About

Paths to Purpose was founded in February 2021 by Danielle Edwards and Alan Jagolinzer. After working together for many years mentoring students, they decided to scale their efforts by launching a bi-weekly podcast.

Paths to Purpose is designed to help students learn how to find intrinsic purpose, consider creative career projects that have impact, and find people with whom they can collaborate who gatekeep more meaningful career opportunities. We host conversations with inspirational people who have found the courage to trek off-path for purpose.

In 2022, the Paths to Purpose team grew, adding Jac Boothe (Podcast Producer) and Mikey Lullo (Brand Strategist) to the team.
